Eligibility

You may be eligible if you:

• Are 18 to 55 years of age
• Have been diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in the last 6-months
• Are otherwise in good health

You are not eligible if you:

• Have type 2 diabetes

Final eligibility is determined after a complete screening evaluation with one of our participating healthcare providers.
